  • "Monetization Features" means revenue-generating tools and services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to virtual gifts, subscriptions, advertisements, brand partnerships, and direct donations.
  • "Virtual Gifts" means digital items purchased by viewers using platform currency to show appreciation for creators.
  • "Revenue Share" means the percentage of gross revenue that you receive from monetization activities after platform fees and applicable taxes.
  • "Gross Revenue" means the total amount paid by users for monetization features before any deductions.

  • "Community Guidelines" means the content policies and behavioral standards established by Niki Live for all platform users.
  • "Violation" means any action or content that breaches this Agreement, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
  • "Enforcement Action" means any penalty, restriction, or sanction imposed by the Platform in response to violations.
