Child Safety Policy

Niki Live has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving children. Any users not upholding Niki Live's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) as outlined below face removal from Niki Live and potential actions by law enforcement.

Age Restriction

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Niki Live. Any attempts to falsify age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
  2. It is prohibited to upload images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct to Niki Live, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated images.
  3. Nudity of children is forbidden.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are prohibited from creating, uploading, or distributing content that promotes the exploitation or abuse of children, such as:

  1. Inappropriate interaction with a child (e.g., groping or fondling).
  2. Child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual images with that child, either online or offline).
  3. Sexualization of a minor (e.g., images that depict, encourage, or promote the sexual abuse of children, or depict children in a way that could lead to their sexual exploitation).
  4. Sextortion (e.g., threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or purported access to intimate images of them).
  5. Trafficking a child (e.g., advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation).

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Niki Live uses extensive technical, human, and time resources to prevent, detect, remove, and report child sexual exploitation content and conduct. If, upon review, we are informed that content posted by a user contains child sexual abuse material, we will take immediate action against the user who posted the content. These actions may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Removing illegal content.
  2. Restricting the posting of user content.
  3. Suspending accounts.
  4. Filing complaints with local authorities.

User Education

We educate users on child safety through:

  1. Child Safety Policy on our platform.
  2. Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to avoid risky situations.
