This is Niki Live’s account cancellation agreement.

Account cancellation Before cancellation, please confirm the following:

1.Your account is in a cancellable state.

For accounts that have joined a guild, you must first leave the guild before being able to proceed with the cancellation process.

For signed accounts, you must first terminate the contract before being able to proceed with the cancellation process.

For suspended accounts, you must first lift the suspension before being able to proceed with the cancellation process.

For accounts that have not bound a mobile phone number, you must bind a mobile phone number before being able to proceed with the cancellation process.

2.The account has no assets or voluntarily relinquished assets.

Account assets include but are not limited to coins, beans,, gifts, and other related content.

3.No other actions that would affect the account cancellation.

4.Account cancellation application process.

After confirming the submission of the cancellation application, there is a 30-day review period. If there are no appeals during this period, the cancellation will be completed. If there is a mistaken submission of the cancellation application during this period, please contact customer service for an appeal.

5.Other information.

After applying for account cancellation, related information such as your activities and private messages will be deleted, and the account will be logged out of all devices. The account binding information will be released and the account will no longer be able to be logged in or recovered.
